Non-Refundable, Late & Missed Appointment Policy
All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee. Depending on availability, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
For missed appointments:
- First missed appointment: One courtesy reschedule will be provided at no additional charge.
- Second missed appointment: You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price before rebooking.
- Third missed appointment and any missed appointments afterward: You will be charged the full service price before rebooking.
